You attempt to fix a rejected return so you can e-file it again, but TurboTax keeps sending you back to the screen where you already fixed the problem.


As a result, you get caught in a loop and are unable to re-send your return.

This can occur if you have multiple copies of the same form on your tax return and the number of copies exceeds the IRS allowed limit for that form.

Solution
  • If the extra copies were created by mistake, remove them from your return and try e-filing again.
  • If the extra copies are required for your return, you'll need to print and mail your tax return as you won't be able to e-file it.
